HLR Editor, 29 times before the SC, wrote a brief once as a critic of Roe v. Wade. I think he'll get confirmed (how could they not), but he won't be a Scalia or a Thomas, I think he'll be an O'Conner who sides more with the Conservatives, but who can still maintain some impartial street cred.
