There was a period in my life when I was one of those pretentious people who was eager to blather on about how "commercialized" Christmas had become. Such a punk I was.

I keep forgetting to tell you about a movie I watched awhile back. Or maybe I already did. Anyway I know you will like it so check it out. It's called "Happy Accidents" and it stars Marisa Tomei and Vincent D'Noffrio. It's a boy meets girl + sc-fi thriller + mystery all very low budget. Probably the best movie I've seen all year. Blockbuster on 16th downtown has it.
It reminded me a lot of "Donny Darko", but not as darko.
